Box Office Policies

• Orders only processed when recieved with payment.
• Ticket orders can be payed with cash or check.
• Checks can be made payable to: BHHS
• All sales are final.
• Seating for all performances, unless noted, is reserved.
• All events, unless noted, are held in the Dr. Daniel S. Harrop Theater on the Bishop Hendricken High School campus.
• Groups consisting of 20 or more individuals to the same performance can call our box office for a reduced rate.
• If you would like to appear in person to purchase tickets, contact the box office at the number listed above for weekly office hours,
• Tickets can be mailed or reserved at the box office for pick up the day of a performance.
• STUDENT RUSH TICKETS: a limited number of student rush tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis and only released at the box office an hour before showtime.
• Doors to performance events open a half hour before event start time.
• All evening events, unless noted, start at 7 pm and all matenees, unless noted, start at 2 pm.
• LOST TICKETS: If you have lost your tickets to an event, contact the box office for reprints.
• The box office is open an hour before every performance event.

The Daniel S. Harrop Theater:

• seats 350 patrons
• is a 3/4 thrust stage centered in the middle of three audience seating sections.
• is air-conditioned.
• has Handicaped seating
• is located on the ground floor of the main campus building and requires no stairs to enter.
• has ground floor seating in the audience for those who can't climb steps.
