Bishop Hendricken High School is proud to be a leader in Arts Education in the state of Rhode Island.  At a time when many schools are cutting programs in the Arts, we are rapidly expanding our staff, facilities, and  opportunities.  We offer creative experiences and extraordinary events that feature  student artists of all abilities. Our comprehensive program offers creative  opportunities in DRAMA, MEDIA ARTS, MUSIC, and VISUAL ARTS within our state-of-the-art 6.2 million dollar center for the Arts and Technology.  We are one of very few schools in the nation to boast of an honors Arts Academy Program for student artists.  About 50% of our student body is actively involved in one or more arts programs each school year.
